Tom Zawadzki was so helpful. he serviced my furnace, and I asked him how to de-program my ANCIENT thermostat, he suggested he switch it out for a new more user friendly model. He called Nicor to make sure it was covered which it was. He was the first tech that helped me with that thermostat and i really appreciate it. thanks Tom
