Jan was thorough in his inspection of my SpacePak cooling system, and took a step never previously taken by service personnel - he flushed the drain line in the attic unit with water. His inspection outside was also complete and thorough. Great service scheduling under tight timeline before my move.
Jon, the techican was excellent. He greeted me at the door introducing himself and asking if I had any concerns. When he found a defective part he explained why it needed to be replaced.Further, Jon showed me how to change the themostrat battery. I am extremely pleased with the service and give it a ten plus.
