Service was awesome the guys came in did their business they put on the shoe covers without being asked they closed the door each time they left to go to their truck they explained how to use the furnace. Guys were fast and cleaned up behind themselves!!!!

Chris....came in I explained my problem 4 days without A/C, very unhappy ☹️ person, 15 minutes after his arrival I got the good news, after having my A/C unit cleaned on Saturday 8am 2 hours later I had no A/C, on a weekend, could not get to touch with anyone by phone (automated System) no emergency number was provide, it was very nerve racking, had to wait until Monday morning to get a person, mad 😠 old lady, I have ni cor home solution to fix all these problems have to pay good for this, they sent me a guy from a company called (Honest Guy )heating and cooling he took panel off pushed a button said it’s your thermostat, ok called people who had just a week ago put in the thermostat came out very nice check out everything with thermostat control all was good left me there personal phone number so I could call them when (Honest Guy) came back that day between 1-5 pm ok called to check what time they where to get there it’s getting (HOT) in here ok was told my appointment was cancelled (WHAT) who cancelled (GOD Blessed) me hallelujah after a few tears 😭 young lady on phone was Very helpful I will find you someone, thank GOD for her, in came the name DyKstra heating and cooling, and Chis, thank GOD for him over 20 yrs on the job know his job, the young lady had over charged my unit he removed the 2 gallon of freon she put in (Hallelujah) anything I need from now on I will be asking is Dykstra on that list, sorry for being so long but wanted everyone to know how Chris put. A smile 😃 on the face of a old lady 👵 this HOT 🥵 day, blessings blessings flowing my way today, thank you Jesus, did ask that the young lady be giving more training per Chris, hope this’ll help someone else in there time of need. I hope this is not to long to print just wanted to praise your company and Chris fo a job well done, blessings always.... M.E.
