The tech. was able to read the code on the furnace and see what the problem was right away. There wasn’t really a technical problem I guess the there was a wind gust and the furnace shuts off. So he restated and so far it’s working

Wouldn’t honor warranty claimed coil only had a 2 year warranty. Paperwork clearly showed otherwise. Bull shit. But the workers were excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable.
