Scott was Excelent, Thorough, Efficient, Professionsal. I have had the furnace serviced for the past wo years and Scott is the first one who thoroughy cleaned every part of the furnace. He was meticulous! I complaind about water seeping ot the bottom of the furnace, Scott trmoved and thpoutoghtly cleaned a plastic component unclogging it.

These 2 installers Ray and Dave worked so well together as if they were one and they were so respectful and professional. They made sure I understood everything from the care and maintenance to the programming of the thermostat and not to forget Tom the salesman he was awesome also. What a great experiance. The price was about $800 higher than the lowest bid I recieved but the experiance of Dyksta and quality of the Carrier product line meant more to me than the savings
