The service technician has excellent customer service skills. Not many are pleasant, they’re not approachable, but simply arrive for the job, which I understand, but when you have a technician who is pleasant, you tend to pass the word. Not only did he have great customer service skills, but also provided excellent service. He kept me informed of what he was doing, why it is needed, what I should be doing and possible issues that I should have addressed.

Jan was wonderful. What a pleasant and knowledgeable man. I was made very comfortable having him in my home. He explained everything he was doing. How my system was holding up and how I could get better and more cost effective equipment and behaviors that would maximize my heating and cooling Dollar. I have had other technicians who I did not trust and did not keep me abreast if current trends: Dykstrra has been in my home once before and I appreciated the service so much that I requested them again. We are very happy with the Dryrstrum service thus far and will request them again!
