Jan performed clean and check service on my AC. The check was extremely thorough, all procedures were explained, necessary adjustments were made. Jan also made several useful recommendations about AC maintenance. In my opinion, Jan is an excellent technician. I was highly satisfied with the quality of service.

I have dealt with many vendors over the years, but never have we dealt with such a dedicated, thorough team as we did with the Dykstra team, headed by Steve Mendez. They arrived on time - were here for 12 hours, and worked the whole time. Our furnace replacement was a HUGE endeavor! Steve and his team were so professional and dedicated. Steve was just awesome! Cannot say enough about the work ethic of this team. We purchased this house 7 years ago, with a newer furnace, but I didn’t know what a piece of crap it was. This NEW furnace, installed properly by Steve and team, has transformed the livability of our home. Team Dykstra, starting with Hazim who made the initial service call and determined the problem, to A-team, headed by Steve - WOW! I am so grateful!

On Sunday, 2/4/18 we contacted Nicor, who then contacted Dykstra to contact us to come out and evaluate our leaking hot water heater. Dykstra contacted us on Monday, 2/5/18 and indicated that someone would be out between 12-5 p.m. to evaluate our water heater. Although I was disappointed that our hot water heater couldn't be replaced the same day they came out to evaluate our old water heater, after the 5-minute evaluation was completed and they determined that it needed to be replaced, they made an appointment for Thursday, 2/8/18 to come out between 8 am-12 pm. They called prior to coming out and indicated that they would be at my house in 30 minutes. They were on time and the 2 men had our old water heater out and the new one installed promptly! They cleaned up after themselves and our leaking hot water heater and they did a GREAT JOB! I recommend Dykstra very highly!!!
