I was informed and charged for a part that looked okay, but trusted that it was a bit past some date. The cost was about $100. But I was not informed of an additional cost over $150 for work on a breaker that I thought W.E Brown had installed and would be included in the monthly contract price. Thus the total cost of $230+ over and above the monthly contract price was disappointing
