They come out to fix the same problem over and over and over and over and then they charge you more for your yearly contract because you have so many service calls… I don't know why it takes eight calls to fix a toilet flapper... Also, they charge for parts all the time even though they say parts are covered so when you think that your washer for example, is going to be fixed free? Think again. They will tell you it's all about this or that and give you 100 excuses as to why certain parts are not covered but I can tell you - almost no parts for ANY appliance are covered.
