Deivy is a great asset to your company. I do have a nagging question with the blower motor pooping out at 2 years and can't help but believe the manufacturer had put a substandard part in the unit at the manufacturing process. Cost to me of $295 equates to $196 per hour for the 1.5 hour service call. That, to me, is stiff.
