Everything about the visit was easy. Good communication about when Mike was going to show up. He came and cleaned our system and talked me through what I can do to help it during the year between visits (only had the system two years). I will be requesting Mike next July!

When I started looking for a qualified contractor capable of installing central air in my 1895 three story home, I interviewed four contractors, including ECI which was the only (of the four) an unknown entity. I also did my homework on customer reviews and hands down ECI led the pack. I base this assessment on their knowledge of the product, quality customer service, working within my needs, and lastly the successful installation of the unit. On post installation follow up, they were very responsive when I had an issue I would definitely recommend the company and their staff to anyone looking for this type of installation.
