ECI was so helpful! They came on a Saturday during a heat wave to diagnose my central A/C as basically dead (over 12 yrs old, multi-system failure) and then came Sunday AM to lend and install window A/C units until the new system arrived, about 4 weeks later. Techs and service managers were collaborative and thorough and at no time during their various services did I feel ripped off or condescended to as a single, female homeowner. Plus, they didn’t leave a mess! 👍🏽 to ECI.
