Our 20 year old central air conditioning unit died without any advance warning on a 90 plus degree day with high humidity. We reached out to ECI based on recommendations. Steve was at our house within 2 hours and tried to repair the unit but although it had served us well it had cooled it's last day. Steve obtained a loaner window unit and delivered it to our house after normal business hours. He reviewed several options available and we chose to replace both the AC and heating unit. Steve and other ECI employees maintained constant contact with me by both text and phone and arranged to have the new unit replaced within two days. Technicians Matt and Mike arrived at our house at the agreed time and were extremely professional during their time here.. They were joined by Steve. During my interactions with these men they were well spoken, courteous and did what appears to be an excellent installation. I am sitting in my rapidly cooling house writing this commentary. ECI was well represented by Steve, Matt and Mike who are exemplary field ambassadors for your company.. I would certainly refer others to your company based upon my experiences of the last several days.
