Heater not working in Concord California. Arrived on site diagnose the problem with the heater and found a safety device that is failed. Presented options to customer and ordered parts.
Heating maintenance service for an existing customer in Concord. Performed the service and checked the heater along with cleaning the filters. The heater is working as per specs and the factory inspection is complete for the furnace.
Lennox air conditioner is not coming on in the cool mode. Found a failed electrical connector. Repaired and tested in cooling. Took supply air temps and reset the thermostat.
Maintenance service for an existing customer in Concord area. Rabbits I checked Cooling make sure the cooling is working as per specs and replace filter and checked airflow and temperatures.
Customer is having issues with her thermostat not showing the correct temperature. Found the adaptive recovery not set up correctly, reset and tested the system. Current status is normal. Cycled the heater and fan. Set the thermostat for 70 degrees in the heat mode.
Maintenance service on a Lennox furnace in Concord. Performed the maintenance service and checked the heating and cooling modes. Set up thermostat settings and replaced the filters.
Performed new furnace install. Removed old furnace. Prepped area for new furnace install. Set new system and sealed all seams with sealant and butle tape. Installed new t-stat and filter. Made all necessary connections. Cycled system in all functions and checked for proper operation.
