Performed AC relocation. Relocated ac unit over to customer's desired location. Re piped and wired up unit in new location. Recharged system to proper specs and cycled system. Checked for proper operation.
Heating and air conditioner need to be replaced. Customer called us out to their residence to quote a system replacement. Reviewed with the customer and presented replacement options for the air conditioner and heating system.
No cooling on a residential split Rheem ac system. Located a faulty starting component, informed customer and gave options to repair. Performed repairs per customers choosing. Tested system and checked system status. System now cooling home.

Check system status and found the attic area with no water damage or water in the drain pan however it looks as if the original install indicates that the system is not level. We need to level unit for proper drainage. Currently the unit is draining from the primary as the primary drain line was cleared.

Service call for a Fujitsu mini split heating and air-conditioning system. Arrived on site check system status found the thermostat to be not set correctly. Called factory to obtain factory settings and was able to figure out the problem with the thermostat. Set thermostat for Heating;And Cooling tested and checked airflow. Current status is normal. The Fujitsu mini split system is working as per specs and is cooling and heating the home.
Megan service for a customer in Livermore. Check the heating and cooling systems of the home. Replace the filter and tested cool and heat mode supply air temperatures. Check the outdoor section and made sure it was functioning properly. Current status is normal.

They have a Trane heater and air conditioner, replaced the filter and performed a 20 point inspection, current status is normal. Set the Honeywell thermostat back to the set point for 68 degrees in the heat mode.
