He was very informative, the noise we were concerned about was just the normal fan, which he tightened up & gave us an option to pay for a complete check of our a/c & heater which we decided to do. He checked things out, cleaned them out & will return again this winter to reassess.

Performed repairs to a residential split Payne Furnace system. System is about 26yrs old. System is quite old but is warming home at this time.
No cooling on a residential split Carrier ac system. System is about 24yrs old. Informed customer of findings. Located issue with starting component. Performed repairs per customer's choosing. Started system up and checked for proper operation. System now cooling home.
Performed repairs to the zoning system on a residential split Carrier ac system. Zones not opening and closing. After repairs, tested system and checked system status. Zones now opening and closing like normal.

Installing customer provided themostat. Customer provide an Economic Bee3 WiFi thermostat. Rewired control wires at furnace and new thermostat. Tested all functions of thermostat, set up schedule and explained operations. Customer declined WiFi set up on thermostat. System has been fully tested and left working properly. Customer decided to sign up for a maintenence plan due to the age of the unit.

Provided an estimate for heating and air-conditioning replacement along with ductwork and possible insulation in the attic area. Met with customer discussed several options to increase their efficiency of the heating and air-conditioning system in their home. Left brochures for the specific air-conditioning equipment American Standard and the whole house fans the quiet cool series with customer.
Return on site for a customer who had air-conditioning issues yesterday. Picked up parts this morning for the repairs that are needed for the outdoor air section. Isolated power and remove replace the condenser fan motor blade and starting up on it. Current status is normal and the air-conditioner is currently calling the home. Reset thermostat and removed and replaced filters
Customer called in the save the house is not getting cold enough when the nest thermostat was set to cool mode. Check thermostat while on site and found it set correctly the fan came on but the cool air was not being felt. Notice the outdoor section not coming on began troubleshooting and found starting components failed. Present options to customer and made repairs. The air-conditioner repair is complete and the unit is functioning properly
Existing customer has air-conditioning issues in the house and it is very hot. Checked out system and found a condenser fan motor that is making a loud noise and eventually seizing do two bearings in the motor. Presenting options to customer and will need to order parts to replace the condenser fan motor and blade for this carrier air conditioner.
Providing the main in-service for a new customer in Oakley. Responded to the customers request for us to perform a maintenance service on the air conditioner in their home. Check the outdoor section and went through the entire system most furnace and air conditioner and found system to be operating normally. Presented options for future repairs and cycled the thermostat in the cool mode. The current conditions are normal and the supply temperatures are within range.
Because Window Cleaner called us out to take a look at the system is the second floor unit is not cooling properly. Right on site took a look at the outdoor section found it very dirty for debris also checked airflow and supplier temperatures on the second floor area. Found a 10° temperature split and continue to check out the systems for the customer. Scheduled a service for next week to come out to do some cleaning and then further testing of the equipment.
