I have had two great service experiences with Elite. First was a late night service call when my furnace stopped working. Juan came out within the hour and got it back on-line quickly. The emergency service call price was very reasonable. Juan did share that the unit was almost 20 years old and likely needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote for a new unit on the spot. I scheduled to have them install the new unit within a month. That install went smoothly, I was very pleased they could do it on a weekend at no additional charge. I compared pricing for the installation of the unit to other vendors and it was about the same or even less than other vendors. When they did the install they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. There were no hidden fees or charges and they were in and out within a few hours. I've very pleased with both service calls and will definitely use Elite in the future.
