The technician struck me immediately as highly competent and professional, he had that air about him. Showed me work that he was going to do and replaced rusted bolts. Kept me informed as the service progressed and summarized the visit thoroughly at it’s conclusion. Very happy and will continue to use Emerald.

From estimate to install was quick. Guys acted in a professional manner especially when young family members present. Wish there was a little more attention to detail on install but giving the timeframe work was well done.

Travis takes a lot of pride in his work. He explained everything he did and the area around the furnace was spotless. Will ask for him the next time we have need for service

Our furnace decided to start working intermittently right at the beginning of a cold snap. Emerald was able to come over within 24 hours to assess the situation and determine that our furnace needed replacing or very costly repairs. Even though they were very busy with the weather change, they were able to fit us in within a day or two to replace our furnace. Luckily, because we did not want to be left in the cold for very long! We are not able to report accurately on cost as we did not really have time to sufficiently compare pricing with other installation companies.

Determined that the filter being plugged solid was causing the condenser units low pressure switch to trip every time there was a call for cooling. Cleaned filters, then checked refrigerant levels. Discharge pressure is slightly high recommend cleaning it to improve the efficiency and save electricity. Cleaned condensing unit, installed new humidifier pad. Refrigerant levels went back to normal operating range once system was cleaned. No other issues at this time. Recommended comfort select plan for future inspections, declined at this time.
Test and tune on Heil furnace and air conditioner.
Current customer had freezing coil issue, added refrigerant to correct issue and adjusted fan speed. No other issues at this time.
Installed flue assembly kit. The old rubber one had ripped causing condensate to leak out into the unit. Ensured proper operation with no more leaks at this time
Servic call zone not cooling on Heil air conditioner.
After checking over the system, found bad dual capacitor. Installed new 35/5mfd capacitor, then found system low on refrigerant. Added 1 pound of R410a. No other issues or concerns at this time. Signed up customer for comfort select plan for a future inspection on furnace and savings on today’s bill.
