They (etheridge) couldn't have been better. They called to confirm the appointment. The technician showed up when they said he would. And most importantly, he did a very thorough job evaluated both of my systems and even found a failing part that would have come back to "haunt me" this winter. It would have cost me a lot more to fix it when it failed than while he was here! Nice guy, nice people and honest. Daniel even wore some cute little "booties" that he he said were to keep him from tracking things on my floor. (I think he just likes wearing them!)
