When it became apparent our furnace was not operating properly, the safety concerns were thoroughly explained (and shown) to us. We had a thorough discussion with Christpher of options for repair or replacement, along with an idea of their respective costs and pros and cons of each option. When we decided to go with a new furnace (which was priced fairly), the work was done efficiently and everything was left clean & neat. We now feel safe and cozy as we enter the winter season.
