Wonderful service from Jordan Schenck who was able to come earlier than expected (HOORAY!!). He asked about the issue, took the information and ran with it. Reason for the outage was resolved quickly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier with the service and the price. Thank you EE and Jordan!
