Signed up for a Maintenance plan for our unit that is now 3 years old. Compared to some other plans out there, I feel the price was somewhat more expensive. However, our tech (Corey), was on-time, professional, courteous, and explained what he did and was honest about the one part that needed to be replaced. He explained what the part did, and what my options were for replacement, which I appreciated.
