I have been a residential and commercial Facemyer customer for many years, and have spent over $40,000 with you. Suffice it to say that over the years I have seen my share of your techs, from installation, to service and maintenance. And the thing that the good ones all had in common was engagement with the customer along with excellent communication skills. And Ryan is up there with the best of them. When he arrived he introduced himself, told me a little about his qualifications to put me at ease, explained what he was going to do and performed the service. When completed he went over what he found, as well as issues for me to be aware of for the future. He recommended a UV light for the duct, but (wisely) sensing that I was the type did my research, he left me a pamphlet and suggested that I look into it. He also checked the R22 in both units and found that one unit was low, and explained the cost before proceeding. All in all a very professional young man. I was very comfortable with him in my home and with him as a competent representative of your fine company. I will ask that you put a note in my file so that the next time I call for service that you send him out.
