Ferris, was very courteous, and careful to not track dirt or debris in the house .... kept his tools in a manner that would not mar or affect flooring, very experienced and knowledgeable with “water to air” units .... and was very helpful to me in understanding how these units achieve their optimum efficiency .... he was very quick in diagnosing my units disturbing noise, it was very minor and he was quick in resolving it! Face yer will be my service company going forward ...

I cannot say enough in one short review about how wonderful Facemyer A/C & Heating has consistently been over 20+ years of using! I am a single woman and they treat me with respect and dignity (rare trait these days!). I've not only purchased two complete A/C units over the 20+ years (first one still worked, I just decided to upgrade to a better SEER) and I've always had Facemyer perform a maintenance check twice a year. I just can't believe how knowledgable and trustworthy their tech's are. In particular, I've had Ferris as my tech for more years than I can count, and he always feels like a long lost friend when I see him! He knows my system inside and out, and gives great feedback following my services. I trust his judgement and that of the entire Facemyer company. After 20+ years, my builder still utilizes Facemyer to install and update all her new homes, or remodel jobs. You won't go wrong with Facemyer!

Rodney Farris was excellent, he arrived on time and wore booties over his shoes when in our home. He answered all my questions and worked efficiently with great care. When he finished, he explained in detail what he did and had put everything back in place before leaving. As long has Facemyer keeps technicians like Rodney, I will continue to renew my service contract.

Mr Ferris immediately diagnosed our problem and instead of leaving us without air for the entire weekend, fixed the AC enough so it would work until the replacement part could be ordered. We are so grateful!!!!
