Client requested an estimate to replace a Carrier gas furnace and air conditioner. I recommend replacing it with a Carrier 96% 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
Client requested an estimate to replace a Trane gas furnace and air conditioner. I recommend replacing it with a Carrier 96% Two-Stage 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
I was unable to perform a diagnostic due to the AC being frozen up. Will need to return to service the unit properly.
I did not perform an estimate for this property as the unit has a space-pak unit. We don’t work on these.
I completed spring tune up on a Goodman air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Blower cap reading low. Motor was replaced 2yrs ago with a universal motor. Contactor is pitted. Client does not want to make any repairs.
I performed a callback install for a Carrier air conditioner that was installed 2/22/21 and was leaking. Upon inspection I discovered the braze joint was leaking outside. I am coming back out later today to do repairs on the unit.
Recommend customer change dirty filter on 2014 Goodman gas furnace and replace collector box due to small leak. System running properly at time of departure.
