I arrived to perform a diagnostic service call on an air conditioner. Upon arrival, I found filter clean. Bad cap/replaced. Washed condenser. 128 suction 18SH. All good.
I completed a half install to replace a Gibson air conditioner, replacing it with a Five Star 16 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.

I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
