Jerry arrived at 8;00 a.m. sharp to perform a routine inspections of my furnace and air conditioner. He found an issue with my furnace and gave me recommendations and options on what to do. Nothing needed immediate attention and Jerry did not push repairs. I had him replace some parts to avoid problems in the future. I have used Fairview for a few years and have always been happy with their work. They use factory replacement parts.
