Performed spring tuneup, system is functioning properly at this time. Homeowner still having issues regulating upstairs and downstairs temperature in zoned setup. Verified zoning is working correctly, found all returns upstairs not pulling any air. Marcus/Matt previously diagnosed and homeowner elected to wait. Next step is cutting drywall in various chase locations to determine where blockage is at. Scheduled this step for 7/1 @9am
