Could not get system to duplicate loud sound. Judging by the video shown, sound like compressor was having a hard time starting. Found 60/7.5 start assist reading 54.3/7.53. Replaced 60/7.5 start assist. All readings are within manufacture specs and system is operating correctly at this time. There is a slight vibrating noise at condenser. Fan motor and compressor amps are within manufacture specs, vibration could be grid surrounding condenser coil. System replacement is recommended due to age (2008) and phase out of R22 refrigerant.
