All of the employees that I’ve dealt with with first class have been very friendly and pleasant to talk to and helpful. My only problem was that I felt and I was led to believe that the motor was under warranty by train since it was installed in 2016 but it was not. That was difficult for me and I wish I would have known it upfront. Otherwise excellent service and very nice employees

A part responsible for starting things in the unit outside died. Josh explained what it did, how it was performing, how much it would cost to replace it and why it may have suddenly stopped working. He also gave advice of the settings of my home's temperature. He was great!
Very detailed check all possible areas but found nothing that would have caused the unit to shut down.
