Completed annual maintenance on one oil boiler, vacuumed combustion chamber and customer wanted me to do chimney piping all the way and clean out bottom of chimney, changed filter nozzle and strainer and bled oil lines took combustion test which everything looked normal, drained steam boiler down until water was clear, and fed water back into boiler, also cleaned one oil fired water heater, changed filter nozzle and strainer, vacuumed chimney flu, bled oil lines, took combustion test which everything was normal, also performed annual maintenance on air conditioning system, cleaned indoor coil, cleared condensate trap and line, changed customer provided Merv filter 20x20x4, delta t reading at 17 degrees, at condenser tested capacitor which tested in range, contactor tested normal, standing pressures normal. All systems operational and working.
