Tyler was very helpful polite and did a wonderful job he explained to me what the issue was I would recommend folks to everyone great service
Once again wow service! Noah was super friendly and very informative!
Ac Tune Up, postcard coupon
No ac due to bad capacitor at condenser, replaced, also found dirty condenser coil washed with garden hose, tested, system operational. Also found dirty air filter, replaced, and thermostat not working properly for bedrooms due to thermostat wired incorrectly, adjusted, tested, operational.
Air handler running but no cold air. Went to condenser which had a fault code for a open circuit, checked all low voltage wiring and didn’t see any breaks, jumped out low pressure switch and unit came on, very low pressure, recharged system with 5 pounds of 410A and tested system. System operational and blowing cold air
Found system maintaining 80 degrees in home. Thermostat set for 74. Checked blower speed, running pressures and temperatures. Current running pressures 156/329psi, superheat 7, sub cooling 10. Found temperature differential only 13 and low airflow. Found end cap blown off supply trunk. Sealed end cap back on and also sealed around return box that was pulling in attic air. Rechecked temperatures, 17 degree differential with improved airflow.
Changed pure air kit for the three units in basement of main house, and one unit in pool house.
System operational, thermostat was set at 74 and it reached set temp, found leaks in ductwork, sealed with foil tape, system was a little undercharged, charged r-410a, replaced dirty air filter, told customer to also wash condenser, dirty due to construction work that was being done in backyard.
Performed ac tune up. Checked delta t, pressures, indoor blower and capacitor, cleared drain line and checked condensate pump. Checked condenser capacitor and contactor, both operating normally. Filter was plugged, replaced 16x25. System is operating normally.
Checked system operation. Mobile home package unit. No ports to check charge. Temperature differential 20. Tested capacitors. System is running. Found 2†pleated filter in return. Removed filter and had significantly better airflow. Recommended to one use 1†standard filters. Cycled system several times and checked operation. System running normally at this time.
Customer stated the condenser was not coming on but the air handler was. When I arrived they stated it started working last night, Rudy had flipped the breakers to the unit, he doesn’t know if one was tripped but he did switch them off then on again. Checked the filters in the units, replaced them with temporary 1 inch filters (as per dj) we will need to come back to install the merv 16 filters.
Systems operational, found both units low on charge, charged both units tested, system operational.
System not running properly upon arrival. Only compressor running tested voltage at first company board and had no power for fan at board. Replaced circuit board tested system and everything operational at this time.
Found single zone ductless system low on refrigerant. Quoted customer for leak search. Recharged system today only. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. If system low again will need to leak search at that time. Maintenance to be done next spring.
Installed Amana ac system, new linsets, reattached condensate pipe, new secondary drain pan T6 Honeywell thermostat.
Needs an 11AM appointment (for estimate) as he is in and out all day driving. Estimate to replace 30 gal HWH with a bigger capacity 40/50 gallon propane. Original install 1996. Free estimate. (Came in on FB ad).
Replaced a small section of 3/4†poly pipe. I had to crawl under the trailer to check for leaks. I seen the leak under the trailer below the bathroom. I went to pick up parts and installed the parts. It is recommended to repipe then insulate the water lines. There are no signs of leaks at this time cleaned up and collected payment of $200.
