Completed annual maintenance on two air conditioning systems and one high efficiency gas boiler, for AC systems changed filters 20x20x1/20x22x1, cleaned indoor coils, cleared condensate traps, took amp readings of blower wheels which were normal, delta t readings normal, at condensers tested pressures which were normal, capacitors tested in range, contactors all tested normal, amp readings of compressor and fan motor normal, coils clean. For Navien gas boiler cleaned air screen and water filter for domestic water, cleaned igniter and flame sensor, inspected all water components, tested both zones, took combustion and efficiency test which was normal, all systems operational and no issues to report at this time, customer also had ducts cleaned today by Folkes, and signed up for maintenance agreement.
