Service for no water into house. Customer advised that water was turning on and off randomly. Checked the well pump relay; and it was functioning properly. Ohm tested the well pump and determined that the pump was failing and required replacement. Informed customer about benefits of a constant pressure system and option for installation along with the installation of a new well pump. Customer accepted estimate for complete install of new well pump and constant pressure system. Installed new 1 horsepower well pump and poly pipe line at a 300 ft well depth. Installed 1AS-15 constant pressure system. Installed and mounted control panel for constant pressure system on garage wall. Installed vermin proof well cap. Checked system and all was working properly. Customer was satisfied with all work performed.
