Service for no water in residence. Customer advised that he attempted to change a bypass valve on his water softener, but was not able to reconnect the 3/4 inch copper water lines which had two copper male adapters at the ends. We gave customer an estimate to hard pipe the softener in; but he wanted to use the shark bite lines that he purchased. We assisted customer by cutting off the 2 copper male adaptors which enabled him to use the connectors he wanted to use. We also assisted customer by standing by to make sure he was able to make the connection without leaks. Customer was satisfied with our assistance.
