Folkes arrived on 10/05/2021 to mount the shower handle. Upon arrival customer stated that the screw came in. I started by cutting the screw to the correct length. I then tightened the handle to the valve and turned to make sure it turns, the customer is satisfied. I thanked the customer for choosing folks and left.
