Customer had concerns about system running up her electric bill, Went through manufacture settings on unit, checked condenser amp draws and compared to rating plate, found draws lower then what was rated, checked running pressures, levels were normal, tested heat pump, checked electric heat strip, checked thermostat, found no issues to report system running fine with no issues, explained in details how the unit works and made some suggestions for how to run the unit like keeping it at set temps through out the home and not fluctuate temperatures. Also made recommendations for solar panels and having electrician come by and evaluating home. System operational.
