Customer had no hot water or heat in home, we did a few repairs on Friday. Found boiler at temperature and hot water zone calling, pipes cold, found return valves shut off and were never turned back on, opened valves and cold water came back to boiler, boiler than fired up and after letting system run pipes began to get hot, tested first floor zone and waited until pipes got hot, tested second floor zone which got hot, and basement zone tested as well and replaced batteries in thermostat for customer due to display being blank, everything came back hot on supply and return, waited until boiler shut off at temperature and circulator still running, customer should have hot water in a little while has a 80 gallon indirect tank.
