The is to replace the electric water heater Folkes arrived on 10/04/2021 to check the shower valve. Upon arrival I went to go shut the water off and noticed that the water heater was spraying water out of the front I turned it off and let the customer know. I fixed the shower cartridge and customer agreed to move forward with the water heater. I started by draining out the old water heater and cut the old one out. I then put the new water heater in and connected to the water lines and connected the electric. I then filled the new unit up and then turned the water heater on. I let the customer know it may are a few hours to heat up. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left.
