Service for no cold water in the shower: Arrived to the customer’s home. Customer says their shower is not working properly and has never worked properly since it has been installed a few years ago. There is no cold water coming out the shower, but the hot water works fine. Asked the customer if we could take a look downstairs to check underneath the shower to investigate. There is a hot and cold PEX water line manifolds underneath the the bathroom, which branch off to all the plumbing fixtures in the house. Checked to make sure if the valves were on or off leading to shower. We noticed that there were signs of leaking on the tub drain underneath in the basement. It was brought to their attention. Went back upstairs and told the customer that we will need to pull off shower trim to do further investigation for the shower valve. We shutoff of the water for the shower so that we’re able to to take a look at the shower cartridge. Pulled off trim and noticed that the shower mixing
