Service for water heater rupture. The existing water heater looks to be in great condition however the bottom of the tank burst and flooded the basement. Customer was away on vacation and came home to the basement being flooded. There is no signs of corrosion on the water heater. The tank had rotted from the inside out. No way of knowing that the water heater was about to rupture. Will have to install a new 50 gallon natural gas power vent water heater with a pan tied into the sump pum drain and a new thermal expansion tank. Will repipe the inlet and outlet of the water heater using die electric unions and isolation valves. Drained down the system and removed the old water heater. As a courtesy we cleaned the rocks out of the sump pump basin. Set a pan and tied the drain into the sump pump basin. There is no pump so we emailed a quote for installing a sump pump basin as well as a water treatment system. Set the new natural gas power vent water heater. Repiped both inlet and outlet wat
