Service for main line back up: arrived to meet customer who brought us in basement where the main line was backed up. Gave customer estimate for main line snake. Customer went ahead with service. Snaked line and tried to camera it but clean out wouldn’t allow camera camera to go down line. Ran all water and checked into make sure clogged was not still not backing up. All working properly at this time. Customer is satisfied with service.
