No heat. Navien. Spoke with tech support and they confirmed bad 3 way valve. Will not switch from hot water to heat. They confirmed unit under warranty and will be sending valve and o rings to shop. Need to call customer to give price for labor, not sure how long these jobs take and what to charge, office will reach out with price for labor. Informed customer we will call with price and call when part comes in.
