Service for water leak: Arrived to customers home. Customer led me to their utility room and showed me the water softener system they have. Softener is from culligan and is original to the house, from 1995. Everything in the utility room is the same age. Well tank is also old and is showing some corrosion. Boiler is also in bad shape and highly recommend a new one. Took a raw sample of the water 19 grains of hardness .05 ppm iron pH reading 7.0 Gave the customer an estimate for a new water softener system and a well tank. Was not able to give the customer a price for new boiler. Boiler is a 3 section peerless oil 3 zone with a coil. No stairs, right though the garage and into the utility room. Customer led me to their kitchen to show me the leak. Tested the faucet and drained the water. Faucet itself is leaking. Gave the customer a price to replace customer provided faucet and to re pipe water lines under kitchen sink. Valves under the sink are old and corroded. Vanity in master bat
