Performed annual maintenance on one air conditioning system and one oil fired furnace, for AC customer just changed Merv filter 16x25x4, cleared condensate trap, tested condensate pump, made sure discharge line wasn’t crimped, inspected control board board and wiring, blower motor clean, took delta t reading which had a difference of 17 degrees, at condenser tested capacitor, contactor tested fine, no fault codes, all amp readings normal, standing pressures normal, outdoor coil clean, system operational. For furnace side changed filter, nozzle, and strainer, inside combustion chamber clean, primary control tested fine, transformer tested normal, bled oil line to rid air from changing filter and strainer, tiger loop has oil and functioning, performed combustion and efficiency test which everything looked normal, system operational and working. Customer signed up for our 4 year maintenance agreement.
