Service to install electric water heater: Arrived to customer’s home. Customer led to the bedroom closet where the water heater was located. Water main for mobile home is supplied by house next door. Water was shutoff and electric was off upon arrival. Started to drain down the water heater. Removed it. Placed new electric water heater in place on blocks. Re piped hot and cold lines with 2 new shutoff valves. Wired electric water heater. Attached new drip tube for the relief valve. Next door neighbor turned on the water. Checked for leaks and purged air out of water lines. Cleared out aerators from all plumbing fixtures. Unit is working properly and there is hot water. ***Customer refused to pay remaining balance.
