No AC 1st floor due to bad thermostat, jumped out thermostat in order to operate system, system fired up checked pressures and found levels to be normal, checked air filter no filter (20x25x1) and dirty evaporator coil needs to be cleaned. No AC in bonus room, unit in garage, evaporator coil also needs to be cleaned found clogged air filter (16x20x1), no ac due to no batteries in thermostat and disconnect plug laying on floor in grass, turned on system checked pressures found system operational, but not condensate pump, condensate pump is burnt out and customer would like to have condensation pump replaced for basement and garage. No AC in 2nd Floor due to hydro air handler being taken apart completely, system is an old r-22 unit recommend residential replacement. No heat oil boiler, oil leaking in chamber due to bad oil pump, firematic valve does not have proper shut off, boiler leaking as well as parts around it, like circulator pump flange, backflow preventer, and main water line co
