Service to run a new discharge line from the treatment to the drain out back. Will have to jack hammer a larger whole through the wall. Also will have to service the units once the new discharge line is installed. Will have to vacuum out the excess water from the brine tank as well. Pulled out the old discharge line which was way undersized and installed the new vinyl discharging tubing to the outdoor drain. Had to bore out the wholes through the wall to account for the bigger pipe. Once we had the new drain in we vacuumed out the brine tank and adjusted/service the treatment system. Tested the system and everything is working fine however the drain under the ground is now backing up because the correct amount of water is being discharged from the softener with the bigger drain tube and the drain is backing up. The corrugated pipe may be collapsed, plugged with dirt or broken under the ground. Advised the customer that we will have to schedule a return trip to camera inspect the line
