Service for clogged toilet and backed up septic: arrived to home to find that customer had plumbing backup. Customer explained how her septic was just pumped by cooks and he explained how sewage pump wasn’t working. Found that all toilet were flushing except for one. Gave customer estimate for toilet auger and customer went ahead with work. Got toilet to flush but toilet takes a long time to fill due to bad fill valve gave customer eland customer went ahead with work. Went outside to sewage pump and found that the pump was in fact not working checked breaker and found breaker on. Found that gfi had tripped for pump. Explained to customer how pump was working but explained how we know the pump is over 7 years old because customer hasn’t changed it since she has been here. Gave customer estimate to preventatively changing it before it goes. Customer went ahead with all work and also is now a folkes plumbing member. Customer is satisfied with service.
