Service to arrived at customers house and at the request ran the showers and bathrooms upstairs looked for any signs of leaks did not find any at this time and then also ran the washing machine for their clothes on amid setting and let it discharge and it did not back up it worked I looked at their plumbing for the clothes washer and the bar sink off in the other room that all needs to be cut out and redone we will send estimate for that and I also camera the line going outside and found that there’s a lot of scale buildup on the cast-iron along with the repair made outside being offset and will need to be dug up and corrected to help prevent major back ups again will make estimates for all this and send it to the customer.
